Job summary

MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC, owner of Ember Inns, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader in Bromley. You will train and motivate Chefs, manage food prep and stock control, and ensure the branded menu is executed to high standards.

You will drive targets with your team, uphold health and hygiene regulations, and assist with ordering. The role offers substantial staff discounts, progression opportunities, and a supportive benefits package.
