1. The ability to support, coach, and mentor your team
2. A high standard of food knowledge and skill
3. An up-to-date understanding of COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, and legal requirements
4. A willingness to develop personally and help propel the team forward at The Amsterdam Inn

Some of your responsibilities as a Kitchen Team Leader will include:

1. Assisting in food preparation and collaborating with the Kitchen Manager
2. Producing high-quality dishes consistently according to specifications
3. Overseeing and supervising the kitchen team in the absence of the Kitchen Manager
4. Assisting with stock management, ordering, and supplies management
5. Maintaining an excellent, clean, and hygienic kitchen environment
6. Offering suggestions and creative ideas to improve kitchen performance
7. Leading the team to achieve company targets
