Ember Inns at Black Bull in Liverpool, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and build a kitchen to be proud of.

You will train Chefs, manage stock, and ensure health and hygiene standards while delivering branded menu excellence across our community pubs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a busy pub or restaurant.
• Ability to train and mentor chefs and kitchen staff.
• Strong understanding of health, safety and food hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food you’re proud of.
• Drive targets with your team and manage food ordering and stock.
• Ensure compliance with branded menus and health & hygiene regulations.
