Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for Toby Carvery - Aintree. You will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and train a great team to deliver high-quality meals from a branded menu.

You will drive performance, manage food ordering and stock, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations. Join a brand-focused, growth-oriented kitchen environment with opportunities for progression.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

As Kitchen Team Leader atToby Carvery - Aintree, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
