Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader for the All Bar One Edinburgh Airport site in Ingliston. You will support the Head Chef, manage a kitchen team, and drive high standards of food delivery and service in a fast-paced environment.

Role requires leadership, hands-on kitchen management, and a focus on safety and quality. Applicants will undergo airport background checks as part of the process.

Summary

As Kitchen Team Leader atAll Bar One Edinburgh Airport, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?

As this role is based in an airport, you will be required to complete an extensive recruitment process including background checks and references. You will be asked to provide a passport or driving license (provisional or full) and have a clean criminal record in order to pass airport background checks.
