Premier Inn Farnham is recruiting a Kitchen Team Leader to run the kitchen daily, manage rotas, place orders and lead a busy team with audit-ready processes.

You’ll work closely with the Hotel Manager to own food quality, hygiene and service standards, building your path toward Head Chef within the UK’s leading hospitality business, Whitbread.

Qualifikationen

• Must have proven leadership in a kitchen environment.
• Experience running rotas, ordering and stock control.
• Ability to maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene.
• Audits and compliance knowledge.
• Comfort in a hands-on leadership role.

Aufgaben

• Own food ordering, stock control and keep food costs on track for the hotel.
• Lead during service by organising the team and managing workflow.
• Prepare, cook and serve menu items to spec, including breakfast and pub classics.
• Ensure health, safety and hygiene standards are met and records are kept up to date.
• Step up during shifts and help new team members settle in.
• Learn kitchen management for progression to senior roles.

Kitchen Team Leader - Farnham- Premier Inn

Join our team at Premier Inn Farnham as a Kitchen Team Leader and move your Chef career forward. You’ll run the kitchen day to day - managing rotas, placing food orders, leading the team through busy services, and keeping everything audit-ready. Working closely with your Hotel Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the kitchen - from food quality to hygiene. It’s a hands-on leadership role that’s perfect for anyone ready to build the skills to become a Head Chef.

PAY RATE:

Up to £14.81 per hour

HOURS:

30 hours per week
