O'Neill's Soho is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will lead and train Chefs, manage day-to-day food preparation, and ensure targets are hit with a branded menu.

You will drive food ordering, stock control, and hygiene standards while inspiring your team to deliver great service. A pathway to promotion exists within Mitchells & Butlers and its brands.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a fast-paced hotel or pub environment.
• Solid knowledge of health and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
• Ability to manage stock, food orders and cost controls.
• Familiarity with branded menus and consistent quality standards.
