You’ll
• Manage daily kitchen operations, including rotas, food orders, and maintaining audit standards.
• Collaborate closely with the Hotel Manager to ensure food quality and hygiene standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for those aspiring to become Head Chefs.
PAY RATE:
Up to £13.81 per hour
HOURS:
30 hours per week, including weekends, with guaranteed hours.
LOCATION:
Gloucester (Quayside) Premier Inn, GL1 5BQ

What you’ll do:
As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll:
• Oversee food ordering, stock control, and food cost management.
• Lead during service, organizing the team and managing workflow.
• Prepare, cook, and serve menu items to standard, including breakfast and pub classics.
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are met, maintaining training and records.
• Step in to run shifts and support new team members.
• Develop kitchen management skills to progress into more senior roles.
