Mitchells & Butlers PLC, at the Beachy Head Hotel in Eastbourne, is looking for a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, lead the kitchen team, and master the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a busy environment.
• Passion for delivering high-quality food and training staff.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
