Mitchells & Butler PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at Green Tree Inn in Doncaster. You will support the Head Chef to build a kitchen to be proud of, lead a team of chefs, and ensure menus are executed to the highest standard.

You will be responsible for training staff, managing stock and orders, and ensuring compliance with health and hygiene regulations. Join us to drive excellence in a hospitality team with strong guest focus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to train chefs and kitchen staff to deliver quality dishes.
• Knowledge of food ordering, stock control and portioning.
