Job summary

Chef & Brewer is looking for a Kitchen Team Leader to help run a busy kitchen in a pub setting. You’ll lead by example, ensure every dish meets high standards, and support your team so service runs like clockwork.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining hygiene and safety, deputising for management when needed, and coordinating the team during peak times to deliver great food and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team.
• Strong knowledge of hygiene standards and safety regulations.
