Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC's Miller & Carter - Southampton invites applications for a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality steaks and service. You will lead a team of Chefs, train staff and help maintain a kitchen that the brand is proud of.

Responsibilities include ordering, stock control, menu execution, and ensuring health and hygiene standards are met. The role offers a full-time, on-site position with development opportunities within our growing chain.
