Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at Miller & Carter - Bournemouth to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will lead and train the kitchen team, manage branding and menu execution, and drive performance through targets.

• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
