Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC Bathpool Inn is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will train and inspire your team to deliver great food from a branded menu.

You will drive food ordering, stock control, and health and hygiene compliance, while aiming to smash targets and contribute to a friendly, high‑performing kitchen culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team is preferred.
• Ability to train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team.
• Comfort with managing stock, orders and menu execution.

As Kitchen Team Leader at the Bathpool Inn, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
