Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for the Antelope Inn within the Sizzling Pub & Grill brand. You will support the Head Chef, lead a kitchen team, and champion a passionate, community-focused dining experience.

You will be responsible for training staff, managing the kitchen, and ensuring quality, consistency, and health compliance across meals that delight guests and drive brand standards forward.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
