Job summary

Greene King’s Flaming Grill pub network is looking for a Kitchen Team Leader to inspire and guide the kitchen crew, ensuring every dish meets our high standards and is delivered with speed during busy service.

You’ll lead by example, maintain hygiene and safety, deputise for managers when needed, and coordinate the team to keep service ticking like clockwork, while supporting development and delivering great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy service, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
