Job summary

Flaming Grill in Sunderland is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide and motivate the kitchen crew, ensuring every dish meets high standards and service proceeds smoothly.

You will supervise and support the team during peak service times, uphold hygiene and safety, and act as a deputy for management when required. A proactive, teams-first approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations.
• Strong communication with staff and management.
