Greene King is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide a busy kitchen, ensuring the team has what it needs for smooth service and consistently high standards. You will lead by example to keep every dish at the highest quality and support colleagues to work well together in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll deputise for management during busy services, maintain hygiene and safety, and drive a culture of teamwork, excellence, and guest satisfaction across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a kitchen team in a busy pub environment.
• Capable of maintaining high food hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present food to meet specs and guest expectations.
