Our Clients our looking for experienced Kitchen Designers/Surveyors to work in Social Housing Tenanted properties in the West Midlands and surrounding areas. You will have good knowledge of Social Housing Kitchen requirements, guidelines and regulations, and will be required to work closely with our partnered Kitchen Manufacturers and Contractors, to provide the very best in-situ Kitchen Survey & Design service available throughout the UK
Their work consists of long term projects within the Social Housing sector, working on large scale Kitchen improvement programmes for Local Authorities & Housing Associations within Tenanted homes, and void properties.
This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced Kitchen Surveyor/Designer looking for a better work/life balance, working Monday to Friday, and being based from home and travelling to site each day. You will then return home to complete your daily administration tasks relating to your survey day.
The ideal applicant will be customer service driven, have a "Right First Time" approach, and have a "can-do" attitude, and be experienced in using either Fusion 2020 CAD, Wren Planner, Winner, or a similar Kitchen design software package, along with having excellent IT & communication skills.

You will liaise closely with our Partnered Contractors on Kitchen replacement Main Improvement Programmes on behalf of our Partnered Clients
You will deliver "Right 1st Time" Kitchen Designs within occupied properties for our Social Housing Clients, working to a design brief for each site
Your diary will be managed for you, but you will be required to contact your sites in advance, to obtain the property addresses; so clear proactive communication is essential
This is not a sales based role, as our main focus is providing our partnered Clients and Contractors with the very best in-situ kitchen design service available throughout the UK
Applicants should expect regular regional travel and very occasional overnight stays
