Kitchen Supervisor - Revolution

Location: Parsonage Gardens - Hourly

Salary: £12.45 per hour

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Kitchen Supervisor with a proven track record in maintaining standards, training, and motivating teams to join us!

You will be instrumental in leading your team, delivering fun and memorable experiences to our guests, and driving sales and standards from your kitchen. Working with your Kitchen Manager and Assistant Kitchen Manager, you'll recognize your team’s achievements and provide developmental feedback to address performance gaps. You'll be a supportive coach, motivator, and professional when interacting with management, sales, kitchen, and FOH teams, helping them understand the value of their contributions towards our goals.
