Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
  2. Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
  3. Ensure the kitchen is clean, organised, and meets all health and safety regulations.
  4. Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory to ensure smooth service.
  5. Collaborate with the management team to develop and refine our menu offerings.
  6. Ensure consistent quality control, from food preparation to presentation.
  7. Maintain clear communication with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.
  8. Handle customer feedback related to food quality, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

Who We’re Looking For:

  1. Proven experience as a kitchen supervisor, cook, or in a similar role.
  2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  3. A passion for creating high-quality, delicious food that delights both children and adults.
  4. Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  5. A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.
  6. A team player who can work closely with both kitchen and front-of-house staff.
  7. A creative mindset with a passion for innovation in food offerings.
