About the role:

The role involves various duties, including:

• Planning team rotas and supporting the Deputy and Home Manager in meetings and appointments.
• Being flexible, reliable, and adaptable to support young people's positive choices and colleagues' development.
• Working on a rota basis, including sleep-ins depending on the home's size.
• Meeting OFSTED regulations to meet the needs of children and young people.

Qualifications/Experience/Requirements:

• Assist the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager with implementing the Statement of Purpose.
• Experience leading a team in residential care.
• NVQ level 3 qualification or equivalent.
• Receive supervision per Quality Standards and pursue personal development.
• Perform tasks as directed by management.
• Deputise in the absence of managers.
• Full UK driving license required due to role location and nature.
