Job summary

The Celtic Collection in Saundersfoot is seeking a Kitchen Steward to join our culinary team. You will play a crucial role by maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen, ensuring all equipment and utensils are in working order...

This permanent position offers 37.5 hours per week with a rate of £12.72 per hour, plus excellent company benefits. If you have kitchen experience and food hygiene level 2, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Operate all dishwashing equipment safely and according to the correct procedures.
• Clean all garbage from the kitchens and staff cafeteria, as required.
• Ensure all used stoves, grills and bain-marie are clean.
• Make sure that all food outlets have an adequate supply of clean operating equipment at all times.
• Ensure chefs have a continuous supply of clean pans for cooking.

• Operate all dishwashing equipment safely and according to the correct procedures
• Clean all garbage from the kitchens and staff cafeteria, as required

• Make sure that all food outlets have an adequate supply of clean operating equipment at all times
