Job summary

Center Parcs Whinfell Forest is seeking a Kitchen Steward/Porter to support the main kitchen team. You will handle waste disposal, deep clean tasks and operate pot-washing equipment to maintain a safe, sanitary kitchen.

This full-time role involves early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays with a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4-week period; a friendly, supportive team environment and opportunities for training are provided.

Qualifications

• Able to work independently or as part of a kitchen team.

Kitchen Steward / Porter - Main Kitchen Whinfell Forest | £12.87 per hour

We are looking for a reliable Kitchen Steward / Porter to support our m kitchen team. This role involves waste disposal, deep cleaning and operating pot-washing equipment to ensure a safe and sanitary kitchen environment.

What you'll be doing

• Dispose of kitchen waste safely and hygienically
• Deep clean kitchen and wash-up areas
• Sweeping, mopping and operating pot-washing machinery

Your working hours

Full‑time contract

You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4 - week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements. This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
