Job summary

Center Parcs Whinfell Forest is hiring a Kitchen Steward/Porter for the Lakeside Inn. You will support kitchen cleanliness, dispose of waste and help with washing up in a welcoming family-friendly setting.

No prior experience is required, and you will work both independently and as part of a team. The role includes early mornings, weekends, and bank holidays within a full-time contract.

Kitchen Steward / Porter -Gastro Pub

Whinfell Forest | £12.87 per hour plus an average of £3.07 per hour in shared tips*

The Lakeside Inn serves family-friendly meals and drinks, from light lunches to roast dinners, in a warm, welcoming space.

What you'll be doing

• Dispose of kitchen waste safely and hygienically
• Deep clean kitchen and wash-up areas
• Sweeping, mopping and operating pot-washing machinery

Your working hours

• Full-time contract
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of150 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early morning, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
