Job summary

Boom Battle Bar Lakeside is seeking a Kitchen Team member to join our fast-paced venue in Exeter. You’ll be the go-to person in the kitchen, coordinating with Front of House to ensure smooth service, allergy awareness, and high-quality plated dishes.

You’ll help prep for events, keep stock in check, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards, ensuring every guest enjoys an epic experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate with Front of House and understand allergens.
• Maintain kitchen safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each order is prepared on time and to spec.
• Assist with prep and event readiness for large bookings.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the kitchen.

THE ROLE:

Teamwork is a non-negotiable for us, so where do out Kitchen Team members fit inhere? Well you are the guru of all things Boom Bites. You’ll be the go to guruwho will take the time to talk with the Front of House Team about what’s goingon in the Kitchen and helping out with anything they may need, from yourpersonal faves on the menu to helping them understand allergens.

We allwork to achieve the same goal and that is epic guest experience!

Whenthe orders start coming through you’re the champion on making sure every itemgoes out on time and looking on spec, ensuring quality never suffers.

As the go-to person in the kitchen, you'll also be the proat getting things ready for big events, keeping track of food, and making surewe follow all the rules for safety. Making sure everything's super clean andtop-notch. Imagine impressing EHO every time they swing by!
