Boom Battle Bar in Exeter is seeking a Kitchen Team member to be the go-to person for coordinating with Front of House, prepping for events, and ensuring all dishes leave the kitchen on time and to spec. You’ll champion quality, allergen communication, and food safety while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

THE ROLE:

Teamwork is a non-negotiable for us, so where do out Kitchen Team members fit inhere? Well you are the guru of all things Boom Bites. You’ll be the go to guruwho will take the time to talk with the Front of House Team about what’s goingon in the Kitchen and helping out with anything they may need, from yourpersonal faves on the menu to helping them understand allergens.

We allwork to achieve the same goal and that is epic guest experience!

Whenthe orders start coming through you’re the champion on making sure every itemgoes out on time and looking on spec, ensuring quality never suffers.

As the go-to person in the kitchen, you'll also be the proat getting things ready for big events, keeping track of food, and making surewe follow all the rules for safety. Making sure everything's super clean andtop-notch. Imagine impressing EHO every time they swing by!
