We’re looking forhands-on kitchen crewtotrain at our prep kitchenand thenjoin us on the groundat events, pop-ups, and cultural markets across the UK. From making dumplings to serving customers with energy, this is a role for people who lovefood, people, and purpose.

We are looking for:

• Experience in akitchen, catering, or street foodenvironment (preferred, not required).
• Apositive, reliable team playerwho thrives in fast-paced environment.
• Passion forculture, community, and good food.
• Willingness to learn, hustle when it’s time, and takepride in the details.
• Flexibility to workweekdays and weekendsdepending on the events calendar.

You'll train in our kitchen and rotate through a mix of shifts across:

• Prepping ingredients for the production team
• Ensuring ingredient availability for next-day production and packaging inventory
• Following food safety & allergen protocols

Food/ Meal Production

• Wrapping and frying dumplings fresh for the day
• Packing orders for collection, delivery & Too Good To Go
• Coordinating with the delivery/collection schedule

Live Events & Pop-ups

• Working on-site at markets, festivals, and cultural events
• Cooking and serving dumplings with energy and consistency
• Setting up, running, and breaking down event stalls
