Job summary

Arco in Exeter is seeking a Kitchen Showroom Consultant to guide customers from initial enquiry to final purchase, delivering expert advice on kitchen and bathroom products and creating tailored design solutions. You will manage inquiries through to order completion, visiting sites when needed to discuss requirements and ensure a seamless sales journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen showroom or retail sales is essential.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Understanding of health and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the showroom and provide expert advice on kitchen & bathroom products and design solutions.

• Maintain an organised, attractive showroom and keep product knowledge up to date.

As a Kitchen Showroom Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing expert advice and helping them turn their ideas into reality. You'll manage the entire sales journey, ensuring every customer receives a professional, friendly and seamless experience.,

• Welcome customers into the showroom and provide expert advice on kitchen & bathroom products and design solutions.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience within the kitchen industry (essential).
• A proven background in showroom or retail sales.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 DOE + Bonus, Monday to Friday: 7:30am 5:00pm and every other Saturday: 8:00am 12:00pm
