Job summary

NoMad London is seeking Kitchen Servers who understand the link between kitchen and dining room and can relay information clearly. You will learn about the NoMad menu philosophy, seasonality, and ingredient origins, maintaining food knowledge across outlets and ensuring allergen awareness.

Role involves giving accurate dish descriptions, supporting service flow, and contributing to a positive guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or kitchen environment preferred.
• Customer-service oriented with professional demeanour.
• Willingness to learn about NoMad menu philosophy and sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of ingredients, preparations, allergens and modifications for all dishes.
• Support open-handed service and correct dish positioning to meet service standards.
• Set up kitchen pass and ensure stations are stocked with glassware, cutlery and crockery.
• Communicate clearly between dining room and kitchen and assist with housekeeping tasks as directed.
