The role involves preparing quality meals, handling equipment safely, serving according to schedules, and keeping the kitchen clean and organized.

• Connect with the Manager daily to plan the day’s menu.
• Supervise food temperature requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work and storage area.
• Scrub and sanitize counters and steam tables.
• Follow procedures for cleanliness and safe environment.
