Lochgreen House Hotel & Spa is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support the kitchen team with dishwashing, cleaning, and basic prep in a busy hotel setting. This full-time role involves maintaining hygiene standards and assisting with deliveries and waste management.

You will work closely with chefs, follow food safety guidelines, and contribute to a smooth service. Weekly pay, uniforms, and progression opportunities are available within RAD Hotel Group.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be hardworking and reliable with a positive attitude.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills are essential.
• Experience in kitchen or cleaning is helpful but not required as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Washing dishes, kitchen equipment, utensils, and cookware to maintain high hygiene standards.
• Keeping all kitchen areas clean, organised, and compliant with food safety regulations.
• Assisting with the receipt, storage, and organisation of deliveries.
• Supporting the chefs with basic food preparation when required.
• Safely disposing of waste and maintaining recycling procedures.
• Ensuring cleaning schedules are completed accurately and on time.
