Qualifications

• Must have right to work in UK
• Good understanding of English language
• 6 months kitchen porter experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Wash crockery, cutlery and glassware; ensure items are clean, dried and stored properly
• Clean pots, pans and equipment and store them correctly
• Carry out cleaning duties as per standard procedures
• Keep refuse area clean and bins emptied regularly
• Be aware of hazardous substances; wear protective clothing and follow directions
• Participate in training and staff exercises to improve standards
• Wear clean uniform and maintain high personal hygiene and grooming
• Observe health & safety regulations
• Support equal opportunities and maintain neutral work environment
• Keep staff areas tidy and report hazards, accidents or losses to management
