Job summary

Warwick Schools Foundation is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support a busy Catering Department and help ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operation. Responsibilities include cleaning tasks designated by the Head Chef, hand-washing cooking equipment and tins, operating and cleaning the dishwasher, and maintaining clearing stations and large equipment such as fryers and canopy.

Working hours are 15 hours per week for 36 weeks per year (term-time plus inset days and 3 additional days); the times

Qualifications

• Cleaning duties as designated by Head Chef or senior staff.
• Hand-washing of cooking equipment and tins.
• Operation and cleaning of the dishwasher.
• Maintaining clearing stations and cleaning large equipment such as fryers and canopy.
