Qualifications

• Experience as Kitchen Porter Supervisor or senior KP in a busy restaurant.
• Proactive hands-on approach and strong work ethic.
• Able to lead, organise and motivate a team.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Eligible to live and work in the UK (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the kitchen porter team during service.
• Ensure all cleaning, washing, and waste procedures are carried out efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Support the kitchen brigade with basic prep and organisation when required.
• Manage equipment, dishwashers, and cleaning schedules.
• Train and motivate junior kitchen porters.
