Qualifications

• Reliable, hardworking and take pride in a clean kitchen.

• Able to follow hygiene, health & safety and food safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Keep it spotless – clean and sanitise all kitchen surfaces and equipment to high standards.
• Support waste control – empty bins and maintain tidy back-of-house areas.
• Handle equipment with care – operate dishwashing machines safely and maintain hygiene tools.
• Be part of the team – assist chefs and servers during busy periods.
• Maintain standards – keep floors swept, wash work areas and uphold health & safety policies.
• Stay organised – assist with stock movement and return equipment after cleaning.
