Apex Hotels in Dunblane is looking for a Kitchen Porter to help maintain immaculate kitchen and back-of-house facilities while delivering high standards of cleanliness. You will work closely with the Kitchen and Food & Beverage teams to support exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll embark on a structured 12-week learning journey, gaining skills, knowledge, and confidence to excel. Applicants should be service-minded, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking with a smile.

Responsibilities

• Ensure kitchen/refuse areas and stores, corridors and equipment are cleaned to a high standard.
• Use cleaning agents and equipment within COSHH guidelines.
• Follow all food safety and health and safety guidelines.
• Assist in the preparation of food.
