Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting at special functions, some outside normal working hours
• Maintaining high standards of dress and behaviour
• Ensuring standards within the food offer are maintained
• Reporting any complaints or compliments
• Reporting incidents such as accidents, fire, theft, or damage and taking appropriate action
• Adhering to the Food Safety Act 1990
• Attending training sessions and staff meetings
• Cleaning tableware, dishes, and utensils promptly
• Cleaning catering equipment as instructed
• Operating an industrial dishwasher
• Minimizing breakages of equipment
• Maintaining a clean working environment with regard to hygiene
• Ensuring end-of-day cleanliness of the dishwasher
• Proper storage and disposal of waste products
• Assisting with deliveries of goods
