Job description

One of the world's largest law firms, with their UK HQ in London, catering for around 700 people daily. We offer a core feeding of breakfast and lunch in the restaurant, along with high-end, frequent hospitality. This role is Monday to Friday, and the location benefits from excellent transport links.

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Kitchen Porter to join our established and friendly team at our prestigious London location.

You will play a key role in maintaining the kitchen's hygiene, safety, and high standards of cleanliness.

Key skills:

• Experience with pot wash duties is advantageous
• Excellent customer service skills
• Great team player
• Ability to assist chefs with food preparation
• Maintain high cleanliness standards at all times
• Clean and maintain all kitchen equipment
• Operate industrial dishwasher
• Clean heavy catering equipment following instructions and using appropriate cleaning materials, including air filters and extraction systems

We are looking for:

• Kitchen Porter experience is preferred but not essential
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Good organizational skills

Knowledge / competencies:

• Good verbal English skills
• Good written English and reading skills
• Experience in customer service or food preparation environments is preferred
