Swinton Estate is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support our kitchen team in maintaining exceptional cleanliness and organisation, and to assist chefs and the wider hospitality team. Live-in available; we value teamwork, reliability, and a proactive attitude in a luxury hospitality setting.

Role focuses on efficient kitchen operations, adherence to safety standards, and contributing to an outstanding guest experience within the Swinton Estate environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitise, and store pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, glassware, and utensils.
• Ensure kitchen areas are clean, organised, and hygienic during and after service.
• Remove waste and recycling; maintain clean bins.
• Keep staff areas tidy and manage delivery/service areas safely.
• Support kitchen brigade and front-of-house teams where needed.
• Attend training and development opportunities as required.
• Undertake additional duties as directed by Head Chef.
