Green & Fortune is seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our London team. You will support the kitchen staff with cleaning, preparation and clear-down, keeping workstations clean and organized for service.

Experience is useful but not required; what matters is your willingness to learn and support the team behind the scenes. We operate weekdays and occasional weekends, daytime till early evening, with opportunities to progress within our growing hospitality group.

Responsibilities

• Prepare workstation and keep areas clean and ready for service.
• Help kitchen run smoothly by cleaning, restocking supplies, and supporting chefs.
• Open and close the kitchen, ensuring cleanliness and organization for the next shift.
