Job summary

BM Caterers is seeking a Kitchen Porter in Greater London to join a busy, award-winning contract catering team. You will help keep the kitchen clean and hygienic all day, support basic food prep and storage, and assist with day-to-day kitchen operations in a friendly, fast-paced environment.

The role is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with no weekend or bank holiday work. Training and development are supported, including funded courses and opportunities to progress within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food environment preferred.
• Food Safety Level 2 or equivalent with awareness of health and safety and COSHH.

Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen clean, tidy and hygienic at all times.
• Assist with basic food preparation and safe storage of ingredients.
• Support deliveries and stock control to ensure smooth kitchen operation.
