Job summary

Hotel du Vin in Harrogate is seeking Kitchen Porters for ongoing starts on a permanent contract. The role is 10 hours per week with a pay rate of 13.80 (incl. TRONC).

You will keep the kitchen and staff areas exceptionally clean and support the brigade with washing and prep tasks. Qualifications

• Kitchen porter experience required or preferred.
• Knowledge of basic kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general cleanliness of the kitchen and staff areas.
• Assist kitchen brigade and manage wash areas (pot and plate wash).
• Support chefs and help operate the kitchen from the ground up.
