Job summary

The Scotsman Group is looking for an experienced Kitchen Porter for our Glasgow venue to support chefs and maintain kitchen hygiene. You will help ensure smooth operation and assist with storage and waste management.

• Provide support to all chefs to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen.
• Maintain hygiene of kitchen areas and equipment.
• Ensure storage areas are well maintained and food produce stored correctly.
