Genting Casinos UK Limited in Edgbaston is seeking a Full Time Kitchen Porter to support a fast-paced kitchen. You will help manage food orders during service and ensure timely delivery of meals to customers.

The role requires flexibility across shifts, strong teamwork, and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness, health and safety, and stock control.

Qualifications

• A proven track record for establishing excellent standards in a hospitality operation.
• Flexible and able to demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about great food and the drive to excel in your field.
• Prepare and serve food and drinks ensuring a high standard of presentation
• Keepping kitchens and back-of-house areas clean.
• Accepting, checking and putting away deliveries with stock rotation.
• Ability to work in a pressured environment.
• Adhering to H&S and H&H practices in all tasks - training will be provided.
• Adhering to COSHH guidelines when using on-site cleaning products.

Are you passionate about food? Have you got experience working in a fast-paced environment?

We have a vacancy for a kitchen porter to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the food orders during service and helping deliver great food in a timely manner for our customers. You will need to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts across the week.
