Qualifications

Responsabilités

• To maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen according to standards set, and in line with health and safety and environmental health regulations.
• To use cleaning materials in the correct quantities and fashion.
• To use mechanical and electrical equipment correctly and safely.
• To ensure that all utensils and equipment are cleaned and stored correctly.
• To aid in basic food preparation when required.
• To upkeep the kitchen working area to a high standard of health and safety.
• To ensure that a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance is maintained at all times.
• Any other duties relevant and related to the post.
• Flexible regarding hours of work.
