Responsibilities

• Keep kitchen clean and organised, ensuring equipment, utensils and workspaces are tidy.
• Wash and sanitise pots, pans, dishes and kitchen tools; ensure readiness for the next dish.
• Assist with basic food prep tasks like peeling, chopping or portioning to support chefs.
• Manage waste by disposing of rubbish, recycling and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Keep storage areas stocked, organised and easy to access.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries to keep the kitchen stocked.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene standards rigorously, contributing to a safe kitchen environment.
• Be a hardworking, reliable team player with a positive attitude.
• Show great attention to detail and take pride in cleanliness and organisation.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, staying focused during busy service.
