Job summary

The Cornish Arms in St. Merryn, part of Rick Stein Restaurants, is hiring a Kitchen Porter to keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and running smoothly in a busy pub environment.

You’ll wash, prep basic items, support chefs, and help with deliveries while upholding hygiene standards and safety at all times. Qualifications

• Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and running efficiently

• Supporting the chefs with basic food prep when needed
• Maintaining hygiene, health & safety, and food safety standards at all times
• Helping with deliveries, waste management, and stock organisation
• Being a key team player in a fast-paced, professional kitchen
