Job summary

Dobbies Garden Centres requires a Kitchen Porter to support our restaurant operations in a fast-paced setting. You will help with kitchen duties, cleaning, and ensuring meals are presented on time and to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in food service.
• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of kitchen health, safety and hygiene rules.
• Relevant food safety qualifications would be ideal.

Responsibilities

• Support general kitchen duties proactively.
• Ensure smooth restaurant operations including cleaning and dishwasher duties.
• Work with the kitchen team to serve meals to high standards and on time.
• Develop knowledge of dietary requirements, allergens and health & safety.
