Job summary

Dobbies Garden Centres Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a kitchen/restaurant assistant to support daily operations, help with general kitchen duties, and ensure meals are prepared to a high standard and served on time.

You will work alongside the kitchen team, develop knowledge of dietary requirements and allergens, and uphold kitchen health, safety and hygiene rules. Experience in food service is preferred, and a positive, customer‑focused attitude is essential.

• Experience of working in food service.

• Work proactively and support general kitchen duties
• Ensure smooth running of restaurant operations including cleaning, dishwasher operations and equipment availability
